I come to you with over 15 years of experience. My purpose in life is to help others to develop and utilize the necessary skills to become who they are truly meant to be. Sometimes in life we are faced with many challenges, these can be personal, professional, family situations and problems in our intimate relationships. Whether you are experiencing an ongoing problem, a temporary setback or some other ‘stuck point’ in life, I can help you. I am a Person-Centered therapist and I treat with an integrative approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Reality and Solutions Focused Therapies. I also integrate Trauma Informed approaches in my practice of the healing arts. I am a human being first, a therapist second. I have and faced overcame many obstacles and this fact of life now enables me to motivate, inspire and empower you to become more and more of your ideal self. I hope to join you as a fellow traveler on this journey called life.
