The Teaching Parent Seminar deals with three major areas.  First, we take a look at learning styles.  You will be able to better identify your child’s unique learning style and be able to modify your teaching activities accordingly.

Second, we cover the important subject of creating a learning environment.  Today’s society rarely offers a place of solitude where a teen can adequately study.  We offer practical suggestions that will help you and your teen create an appropriate learning environment.

Third, you will learn the difference between natural consequences and punishments / rewards.  We also cover the importance of healthy communication and positive affirmation for your teen.
