This assessment is designed for the clinical assessment of adults 18 years of age and older. It is a valuable diagnostic tool for use when determining a diagnosis for clinical disorders and and screen for psychopathology in the following areas:
Cost: $150 per hour (5.5 hour minimum)
Cost includes testing services, analysis of data, and full write up. It also includes the cost of the testing materials. There are no hidden charges.
Half of the payment is due before testing can begin with the remaining portion due upon delivery of the full write up.
Insurance: Your health insurance may cover a portion or all of these charges. Please contact your insurance company before scheduling your appointment if you plan to utilize these benefits. We will provide a detailed bill including the required codes which you can file with your insurance provider for reimbursement. We will not bill your insurance company directly for testing services.
