As the world continues to change, it has become even more important to work together. Using age-appropriate techniques that are designed specifically for your child or teen, change is possible. There is hope!
As a parent, it can be difficult to navigate the institution of school and its policies and procedures to help your child. As a counselor, my role is to guide children and teens towards their own goals to be successful in and outside of school. I have a passion for working with children and teens experiencing emotional disorders and behavioral disorders.
I am married to my husband, Eric, and have two children, Madeline and John Paul. When not spending time with my family and friends, I enjoy serving at church, reading, or helping in my community. I believe strongly that counseling should be a safe space for clients to be themselves and not feel judged. I recognize that it takes courage to come into the counseling setting, and I will celebrate you!
