Professional Disclosure Statement

I believe the therapeutic process is about the trust and relationship between client and therapist. When there is a healthy and appropriate therapeutic relationship, then there is greater motivation for change. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) techniques are utilized in my practice. My goal is to meet the client where his or her needs are at the present in order to achieve higher levels of functioning overall.
